Here is how the wedding photo QR code and guest album work before you share them.
Do guests need to install an app or create an account?
No. The QR code opens the album in their phone browser. Guests enter their name and choose what to share. If you enable a PIN, they will need that code too.
What if there is no signal?
An internet connection is needed to upload. Keep the page open until the upload finishes, then retry any files that failed when the connection returns.
Are photos kept at their original quality?
Compatible photos are compressed to make uploading easier. Videos are uploaded without re-encoding. If you need an original photo for printing or archiving, ask the person who took it for their original file too.
Can I remove a photo from the album?
Yes. From your couple dashboard you can review, hide or delete files. You can also turn on manual moderation to approve uploads before they appear.
Is it a subscription?
No. Paid plans are a one-time purchase for one wedding. Check each plan’s storage and retention period before choosing.
How long do we have to download our photos?
The free trial lasts 14 days, Essential lasts 180 days and Premium lasts 365 days. Paid plans include a ZIP download. Save your copy before the retention period ends.
