Are photos kept at their original quality?
Compatible photos are compressed to make uploading easier. Videos are uploaded without re-encoding. If you need an original photo for printing or archiving, ask the person who took it for their original file too.
Is it a subscription?
No. Paid plans are a one-time purchase for one wedding. Check each plan’s storage and retention period before choosing.
How long do we have to download our photos?
The free trial lasts 14 days, Essential lasts 180 days and Premium lasts 365 days. Paid plans include a ZIP download. Save your copy before the retention period ends.
